Delivery ChargesDelivery Charges are based on the Approximate weight of the products ordered and the Delivery option chosen STANDARD / COURIER.
STANDARD Delivery Charges
000-500g = £1.95 inc Vat
501-1,000g= £2.95 inc Vat
1,001-1,500g= £3.99 inc Vat
1,501-2,000g= £4.49 inc Vat
Above 2,000 Courier delivery Only.
COURIER Delivery Charges (Mainland UK addresses Only)
0000-5,000g = £5.50 inc Vat
5,001-10,000g= £6.65 inc Vat
Per 1000g = £0.27 inc Vat

DeliveryWe aim to send out all COURIER Delivery orders made before 2pm and all STANDARD Delivery orders made before 3pm the same working day and if time allows we will continue to process orders after this time. At the end of the day we will email you to notify you your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do provide the option to have your order delivered to an address other than your home address if you are not going to be able to take delivery (this must be done at the time of ordering as the delivery address cannot be changed without further charges once dispatched).
If you are out when the courier attemps delivery a card will be left for you to contact them (most branches will attempt one further delivery to the same address without further charge, although they are not obliged to do so). You will also have the option of collecting from your nearest City-Link Depot (We advise you notify them if doing this to make sure it is made ready for collection). If you require an additional Courier delivery attempt to the same address this is charged at £3.75.
